Your Responsibilities

As a shift leader, your overall mission is to actively prioritize, plan, assign, and follow up on maintenance jobs and other tasks to achieve the organization's overall goals. You prioritize resources based on the current situation. Safety is our highest priority, and together with your team, you work for a good working environment where you are an active participant in improvement work.

Examples of further tasks:

  • Attendance at meetings and ensuring good dialogue with the customer.
  • Actively prioritize and systematically manage daily operations with the customer in focus.
  • Maintain the right competencies together with the group manager.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and risk observations.
  • Participate in coordination when necessary.

Your Profile

We are looking for a collaborative, structured, and stable person. To succeed in the role, you are a natural leader, have good communication skills, and adapt to find solutions that fit the organization. You enjoy working systematically with processes, which allows you to handle stress constructively. You take initiative and drive your assignments all the way to completion.

We also see that you have:

  • A technical education at the high school level.
  • A valid driver's license (B).
  • Documented leadership experience.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance systems, preferably Maximo.
  • Good computer skills.

The position is full-time during the day and is permanent, located in Oskarshamn.
